Most internship programs operate on fixed cohort timelines, leaving talent waiting and employers underserved. LA-Tech.org built the Year-Round Internship Program to meet talent when they're ready — not when a cohort happens to start. By submitting one general application, candidates enter a live talent pool where LA-Tech's recruitment team matches them to real, paid roles at LA tech and tech-adjacent companies as openings emerge. The model breaks the cycle of unpaid labor, expands access to social capital, and creates a continuous on-ramp into the LA tech ecosystem.
