HealthWorks was created to make that pathway accessible — providing free, rigorous CNA training alongside direct employer relationships, so that people who genuinely care about others can build stable, meaningful careers in healthcare and senior care.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Classes held both online and in-person in Long Beach or Reseda.

Day in the Life
- Full-day instruction (7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Mon–Fri)
- Instructor-led nursing fundamentals (patient care, dementia support, aging and disability)
- CNA state exam preparation
- Career-building workshops (resume writing, interview skills, communication)
- Online and in-person hybrid format
- Cohort-based peer learning
Instructors with nursing backgrounds and clinical credentials; experienced in CNA training and California state exam preparation.
Soft and technical skills you'll gain by program completion.
California State CNA Certification Exam (for Certified Nursing Assistant track); Assisted Living Aide certification may also apply
