Program Philosophy
Breaking into tech isn't just about skills — it's about access. LA Tech Rising Business Track was built on the belief that today's tech economy needs more than engineers; it needs business, marketing, operations, and product talent who can apply AI fluently. The program connects untapped talent from Los Angeles County to a growing network of 80+ employer partners through paid, project-based learning, mentorship, and a recognized pre-apprenticeship credential — building both the AI capabilities and the social capital needed to turn skills into careers.
