Program Philosophy
Animal Behavior College's Service Dog Trainer Program prepares students for one of the most impactful specialties in dog training: teaching dogs to perform tasks that reduce a handler's disabling symptoms. The online program covers service dog selection, health, obedience and maneuvers, task foundations and behavior chaining, public-access training, and client communication. It reflects ABC's belief that skilled, compassionate trainers transform lives and independence, while equipping graduates to build a specialized business.
